Payvis Said I owe Them 20K!! How?

So I decided to renew my car license plate, only to discover I have an unpaid bill of 20k for being captured by a traffic camera. I was advised to check it on payvis.ng and it says my car was captured by a traffic camera 14th of March this year. Meanwhile, I was in South Africa during this period. How was my car captured by a traffic camera when I was not even driving it?

Where did you park your car when you were in South Africa? Perhaps someone close to you drove the car during your trip.

When you run your plate on Payvis, it will display where the traffic violation happened and that should give you a clue.
